Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows To Be Split
March 13, 2008 – 5:51 pmWell, it’s been announced that Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows will be split into two movies instead of just one.
I have mixed feelings about that. On the one hand, I’d like to be able to see the entire movie at once, rather than waiting 6 months for the second part of it. But on the other hand, there really isn’t much that they can cut from the story, and if they just made one movie, it would probably be at least a 4 hour movie.
At least they’ll be shooting the two halves of the movie concurrently, like they did with the LOTR trilogy.
All that being said, I’ve enjoyed the first five Harry Potter movies, and I’m looking forward to seeing Half Blood Prince when it comes out in May, and both halves of Deathly Hallows when they come out.
