Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge Of The SithYear: 2005 Synopsis: As the Clone Wars draw to an end, rifts are growing between the Jedi Knights, and one of their own, a young Jedi named Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen). Supreme Chancellor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid), plays on young Skywalker's mistrust to draw him to himself, and the dark side of the Force. As Palpatine's power grows, he forms the Galactic Empire, creating for himself a new apprentice, the dark lord of the Sith, Darth Vader. Review: This could very well be the best movie in the Star Wars franchise. It was definitely the most powerful. Hayden Christensen definitely turned in an excellent performance as the deeply troubled Anakin. This movie provided non-stop action and emotion from beginning to end. This movie is definitely one that George Lucas can be proud of. It delivered everything that was promised. Questions from the original trilogy, and episodes I and II were answered in a big way. Overall, Revenge of the Sith is a dark, and somewhat disturbing movie, but it was an excellent movie, and I would say it's a must see for Star Wars fans. My Rating: |
